I couldn't begin to describe myself without first naming Jesus as my Redeemer, Savior, and Inspiration among many other titles.
Growing up, I was the oldest of five siblings, raised by amazing parents, and surrounded by loving family and friends.
My early adult life was spent as a collegiate athlete and studying education and school administration. After retiring from sports, my time was devoted to coaching, teaching, and eventually being a dean of students.
During this next chapter of life, I have transitioned to wife to Alex, mama to Rhett (4) and Finley (1), and now business owner.
What I have always been, through all seasons, is a creative, helping encourager. To me, that's the sweet spot in life. Nothing brings me more joy than creatively helping others to flourish while cheering them on along the way. It has played out in various forms over the years: teaching, decorating, coaching, designing, problem solving, leading, parenting, overcoming, training, building, creating, and encouraging.
Especially in this day and age, my passion has become my home. Not the physical house I live in, but the life inside the walls. I work alongside clients to create a home that functions efficiently, reflects their core beliefs and values, and invokes stillness of spirit.
The best parts of this process are that it is incredibly reflective, personal, and life-giving when implemented. When stillness of spirit is sought after and eventually achieved, it is truly a gift from God. While true inner peace can only come from Him, my objective is to help create home environments that are conducive to stillness of spirit.
